How To Keep Your Booty In Shape For The Holidays

The holidays are fast approaching which means amazing food, family, friends, fun, and a lot of pictures. Trying to keep our booty in shape can be difficult for some of us but it seems to be more difficult as it gets colder. Maybe it’s because of all of the incredible desserts and snacks that start popping up as soon as Autumn arrives. Pumpkin spice, homemade desserts, chocolate, fudge, and so much more. Unfortunately, for some of us when we gain weight it likes to go straight to our booty. We can’t help it, it is just how it goes down. 


There are several things you can do to keep that booty in shape for the holidays and all the days that come after the holidays. We’re going to let you in on some of the ways you can keep that booty just how you want it Let’s get down to business. 


  • Booty Exercises: There are tons of exercises that target the booty. There are three sections of the gluteal muscles and it’s important to work them all out. There is the gluteus maximus, gluteus minimus, and gluteus medius. Squats, bridges, lunges, and leg lifts are all great ways to keep your booty in shape. 
  • Fat Burning Cream:  Fat burning cream can be used almost anywhere on the body which includes the butt. Fat burning cream promotes sweating which in turn, helps to lose excess weight. All you have to do is rub on a generous amount before doing anything active and it will help you lose weight and keep the weight off.

  • Avoid Trouble Foods: If you know what food causes the most trouble when it comes to adding weight to your behind then it’s best to avoid them or limit them. Don’t let your cravings control you if you want to control that booty.

  • Our booty does a lot for us, right? I mean without those amazing cheeks sitting down might be a tad bit uncomfortable. Our booty helps balance our body in various ways and it can look incredible all the while it’s doing it. If you’re trying to keep that booty in shape for the holidays the above list will definitely help you accomplish those goals. We have to do what is necessary to take care of ourselves inside and out. Flex those cheeks, take a walk, eat right, and most of all belief in yourself because without believing in you nothing is going to work outright.
