Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products , we are unable to accepts returns and issue refunds. Booty Maxx only accepts exchanges on same product different size. If your desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange, and a $14.00 exchange restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery. Plastic packing must be returned. No exceptions. Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation. Due to our quick and efficient shipping method many times we are unable to cancel orders. If you would like to cancel your order we kindly ask that you email us at info@bootymaxx.com, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped we will gladly cancel the order. However, if your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, or shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. When emailing us in regards to a cancellation request please include your name, order number, and contact phone number. Restocking fees will apply to orders that have already been processed. Please note that refused packages will not be accepted a form of cancellation or a return. You must return the package with secure verifiable tracking information. If your order has yet to ship and awaiting billing or shipping address verification and you prefer to cancel your order a 25% restocking fee will apply.
